Returns

We love our customers to be happy, so if you are not satisfied with your purchase please let us know.


To be eligible for a refund:

1. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

2. Advise us of your order number and the reason for your return by contacting us via email at hello@findingunicorns.com.au or you can use the contact form in the Say Hello! section of our website

3. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging

4. Perishable items are exempt from being returned, such as our unicorn cookies and iced cake toppers

5. Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

6. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase

7. We will only refund postage costs for faulty items. We are unable to offer free return delivery if you want to exchange an item due to change of mind

8. We strongly recommend you return your items using registered post or another traceable shipping method as no credit will be given for lost 'return' packages
